A private practice that Innovates in-house resources by improving work ethics within the social service division, thus increasing professionalism and responsibilities of the fellow social service workers within the organization. Promotes empowered living for their clients using the service by identifying their individual problems as needs, thus translating it into an identified goal to find the solutions. Designing, implementation and managing programs to fulfill the needs of the clients within an organization by a specialized service process with the use of technology.

Design, implement, and manage group and individual psycho-educational programs for students with special needs and behavioural issues. These programs are determined by the needs of the students and their families. The vision of the school and its culture; to promote education, is a large influential factor in program execution. Working constructively with a multidisciplinary team in conducting PPT meetings and individual education plans plays a large part of the job. Specialized in program planning, crisis intervention, student/teacher/guardian advocacy. Focuses on constructing needs assessment, life space interviews and client profiles. A stage supervisor for Special Care Counselling and Dawson Social Service students to educate the role and responsibilities of a Special Education Technician through experiential learning. An important attribute was to motivate the students and families by increasing their skills through the program process in social skills, self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment and belonging within the education system.

Help low-income or otherwise disadvantaged women by providing continuous physical and emotional support during labor, birth and the postpartum period. Facilitates communication between the woman, partner, and clinical care providers. A resource person who provides objective information from varied sources, allowing the couple to identify their options, to make informed choices, and to demystify the hospital birthing process.

 Designed and facilitated programs for elderly clients with psychiatric issues and their families. Catered to clients and their families experiencing stress regarding the experience they are faced with such as; death and dying, coping with the disease and acceptance. An important element was to encourage and educate tactics on how to be proactive in life by motivating optimistic thinking thus bringing about peace within.
