Conduct timely, fair and accurate performance appraisals with constructive feedback and appropriate coaching. Assist in the interviewing/hiring practice. Facilitate the development of subordinates by providing challenging assignments.

  • Successfully defended numerous files after investigative findings proved that Delmarva Power had no liability.
