The Woodland Spa at Crow Wood, Burnley

I work as part of the reservations and reception team at the woodland spa. Duties

include handling a high volume of calls/emails and dealing with various types of

requests including reservations and complaints. I am first point of contact for guests

using the spa and also complete show rounds of the venue, answering any queries

and going through the spa journey.

I worked as a sales executive, my job role was to increase sales through being pro-

active and networking with businesses in and around Leeds and also dealing with

the many enquires that came through social media, calls and emails. I also hosted

on the evenings, setting up VIP and being a point of contact throughout the night.

Bierkeller Entertainment Complex (Multi brand independent bar chain) 

My role at Bierkeller was to work with all of the venues and be a point of contact for

the customers, whether that being to book a party or to deal with a complaint or a

query. I also managed the sales team whilst the sales manager went away for a

month, which included doing the KPI reports. I also worked as a bartender and

waitress whilst here on the evenings.
