Lead point on conversion to Thing5 VOiP service, auto attendant and transition from traditional PBX. In 2013, led the process to be a Hilton test property eliminating Room Service with a Grab & Go operation. Programmed and implemented Synergy with PTT radios for use in tracking maintenance issues. Responsible for the building wide LED conversion with over $70K in New Jersey State rebates to date. Appointed Super User for the property in charge of all IT issues in the absence of the Regional support contact. Led transition to Simphony from Micros.
