·Managed marketing/sales penetration of a full product line of screening accessories, including porch screening system (spline and vinyl lattice) and roller knife spline screening tool for national accounts with Lowes/Home Depot (13 ft. plano-grammed space) and True-Serv (approximately 950 accounts).
·Initiated, reorganized/restructured and implemented various marketing, merchandising, store resets, sales/service and customer call back programs to educate sales staff, enhance product POS visibility, reduce out-of-stock items and increase product line sales.
·Hired, trained, coached, directed, coordinated, motivated and evaluated job performance activities of 24 independent sales representatives in 31 states.
·Developed and introduced product merchandising program for Screen Tight’s winter line (Plexi-trim) and new roller knife (1997) and managed all national trade shows.
·Developed parameters for database for Lowes, Home Depot, Builders First Source, Stock Building Supply, Co-Ops, and other accounts for tracking inventory, sales volume and customer contacts.
·Developed database parameters for tracking product specifications by architects and usage by builders.
·Created advertising programs/brochures and presented demonstrations to True-Serv dealers and all prospective hardware client accounts.
