     I have been a sailor for over 30 years and competed with an Alan Andrews yacht and several Etchells 22's in Southern California. I was Senior VP of Operations for Macy*s, I Magnin and Fieldstone  for the same 30 years, and did customer service and support for Pepsi Cola for 10 years before that. Started in High School. This is a little oversimplified but it tells the story better than a baffling list of achievements that nobody quite understands anyway. I did a good job for many years and I am proud of it.

     I love the Marine Industry and have rebuilt and restored three boats, including a US Navy Officers club Rhodes 19 that is now at Redwood City Marina. I have been accused more than once of being crazy about Britework. My family had furniture factories in Pennsylvania which is where I probably got the bug as a kid. I spent a lot of years at Macy*s and learned the importance of Customer Service. It taught me to help people get what they want. Put these two elements together and you get a pretty good job for an experienced guy who still likes to work!
