Welcome to my online CV

I am a marketing student who has taken on various roles to develop relevant skills and knowledge. Completing three summer placements and a placement year during my course, I have worked on accounts including VISA and Apple Music.

Following my placement year, Saatchi & Saatchi offered me an internship where I worked with Account Managers and the PR Team to design the Annual Family Dinner Invite for clients. I then completed my summer with a placement at Social Chain where I became a content creator and contributed to several accounts, including Leicester City FC & Look Fantastic. I am an ambitious and intuitive person who is keen to continue learning and building upon this experience by applying my skills to new and exciting challenges.

Please do take a look through the rest of my CV, and get in touch! My details are on the side of the desktop page, and at the top of the mobile site.

Feedback and recommendation

"I just wanted to highlight that Esme was fantastic in helping to organise an event this week with my GSI Cognizant called "Winning with IBM" where we have tried to reignite our alliance and it was very successful.  It ran without a hitch and Esme was key to that, ensuring that we had everything we needed.  I wanted to credit her as she was resourceful and showed initiative ... we are lucky to have her in the team!”

Michelle Cassidy - IBM Analytics Alliance Leader, UKI

"Well done hosting the BP Webinar on Cleversafe. Very accomplished performance- confident and assured. You're a very helpful and positive individual - someone I would want on my team."

Adam Longbottom - IBM Client Executive

"Esme approaches work in a very professional manner , is responsive to requests and contributes to the business in a positive and constructive manner - even to the point of answering telephone calls when she is not at work. She comes forward with suggestions on how to improve the work that she is asked to do and at the same time is not afraid of saying "no" when appropriate to do so. Overall working with Esme is an absolute pleasure."

Chris Tripp - IBM ISV Business Development & Innovation Leader

When Esme started this placement I was impressed at how soon she settled in, understood the requirements of the role and the context of the Channel in the wider IBM. She quickly built on this excellent start by assuming management of the webinar and winwire processes and some Communications in a very short time period which was a fantastic achievement.

Esme’s success continued apace with the launch of the Seller Essentials community and it’s inclusion in ClientFirst, the creation of the first One Channel Executive and BP Executive video blogs, the creation of the first UKI One Channel GRP Events page, the publication of communications stats, redesign of the UKI Channel ConnectED PartnerWorld page, setting up our UKI One Channel Task ID – Esme has achieved a huge amount which has allowed the team to make great progress this past year. I am grateful to Esme for completing so many activities and putting the building blocks in place for us to capitalise on this. She’s been a fabulous member of the team and will be missed.

Sally Lunn - Communications and Enablement Lead UKI

Final feedback from Placement Year Assessment at IBM:

An excellent year for Esme where she has taken all the opportunities presented to her and fulfilled them to a very high quality. She has received very good feedback from her managers which demonstrate the level of trust and appreciation they have for her work.

The skills and experiences Esme has gained this year puts her in very good stead for any future career.

Well done for all your achievements and thank you for the hard work.
