Work with project team, contractors and subcontractors (through primary contractor) as needed to prepare quotes and resolve issues.

Close out projects to include updating of ERP system and request for invoicing.

Follow up with project team, contractors and subcontractors (through primary contractor) to confirm and resolve any project related issues.

Initiate change orders as needed if the project scope changes.
