Hands-on IT executive accountable for analyzing, visioning, planning, organizing, execution and project management for all North and South America information technology, security and communication related operations of the division. At the peak of our operations, I managed a team of nine diverse IT professionals to include the ERP, Network, Server, Telecom, DBA, Web Developer, and the Service Desk skill sets. As a hands-on executive, I ensured maximum uptime of a division with peak sales of over $170 million and managed a budget that could exceed $1.5 million dollars during ERP forklift upgrade years. As sales tapered off, I successfully curtailed IT expenses by extending the life of our hardware through increased development of our hard and soft skills’ sets in order to reduce expenditures. When expenditures were necessary I ensured that the skill sets needed were developed in-house to keep consulting fees to the bare minimum. Time tested ability to turn business requirements and end-user visions into successful IT deliverables.
