Lead RFQ phase of potential customers and current customers' new vehicle projects.Overall Plant Quality Excellence Management: Company quality system, production quality & supplier quality leadership.New Program Launch: Leadership for new program, APQP process, DV & PV Tests & PPAP approvals. (V36X Project)RFQ process management: Company costing & pricing system standardisation for OEM, AM accounts & new programs.Account management: Company single point of commercial negotiations, direct P&L responsibility for current customers. Company Growth Strategy Set-up: New business capacity study, new investment plan preparations.Market & competitor analysis.
