Performing the verifications of data given by the marketing divisions for UOB Credit card applicants by contacting them by phone and handling their requests regarding their application. All is done in gentle and mannered way according to the SOP given.
- Verifications of the UOB applicants' data and contacting them by phone on three different point - cell phone, workplace, and home
- Handling their requests regarding their application, example - change of the billing statement's address and card type change.
- Inputting the verification data in to the program given to each officer (PLCE).
- Assisting them in other request or questions outside of the verification by forwarding them to the Customer Service division.
