Coordination of pre-booking, booking and post-shipment Include major activities as below:


  • Space planning / forecast and control 
  • Equipment planning / forecast and control
  • Service, common rates or schedule enquiry by customer 
  • Providing guidance (or notices) to customers on service change or updates Provides long term sailing schedule to customer - upon request


  • Validate pre-booking requirement - Space / Equipment / Rates / Routing (internal & external) 
  • Accepts and update Starnet Booking creation (and confirmation note issuance to customers) 
  • Contract rating identification and pre-rating at Booking Level
  • Handling / managing booking change or amendment by customer's request
  • Handling / managing booking change or roll overs if any need arise
  • Cross coordinates with related internal party ; TM, CASO, Approver Desk, Vessel Operator 
  • Identification of re-seal (mediate application & approval) where applicable

  • Coordinating between internal and customers if any incidental billing/charges
  • Coordinating between internal and customers if any matters arising to billing/payment 
  • Coordinating liaison between MOLIPS/KULDOC and customers of any related documentation matter

  • Marine Forecast report - voyage basis (Vessel operator forecasts) - 1st, 2nd & Final forecast

  • SOC loading list - obtains and advise - coordination between internal and customers

  • Transhipment permit - application for approval and monitoring
  • Pre cool / PTI - cross coordinates
