BOOKING

  • Handling / managing booking change or amendment by customer's request
  • Handling / managing booking change or roll overs if any need arise
  • Cross coordinates with related internal party ; TM, CASO, Approver Desk, Vessel Operator 
  • Identification of re-seal (mediate application & approval) where applicable
  • Identification of free time (mediate application & approval) where applicable

POST-SHIPMENT 

  • Coordinating between internal and customers if any incidental billing/charges
  • Coordinating between internal and customers if any matters arising to billing/payment 
  • Coordinating liaison between MOLIPS/KULDOC and customers of any related documentation matter
  • Coordinates with various customer's requirement of post shipment tracking and status enquiry 

Reports & Tracking

  • Marine Forecast report - voyage basis (Vessel operator forecasts) - 1st, 2nd & Final forecast
  • TM Forecast report - voyage basis (SSC starnet forecasts) - 1st, 2nd & Final forecast 
  • Trade lifting report (selective trade - for SLS monitoring aid)
  • SI cut off tracking (selective trade) 
  • Feeder ports - feeder booking / space nomination and loading list (include FAS schedule registration) 
  • Asia Audit or TM audit inquiry
  • SOC loading list - obtains and advise - coordination between internal and customers
  • DG - application for approval approval and monitoring
  • Special stowage - application for approval and monitoring
  • Transhipment permit - application for approval and monitoring
  • Pre cool / PTI - cross coordinates
  • Incidental - damage/leakage/re-work - coordination between internal and customers
