Senior Market Project Manager
I have utilized my skill and experience to mentor other project managers both on and off of my direct team. When necessary, I have taken control of projects that are failing to meet the team standards and brought them back on track. I have been increasing my knowledge across multiple product lines as well as been influential in driving necessary changes in WiMesh and WiMax financial processes. I am supporting the corporation’s initiative in the Lean Six Sigma Program as well as performing as a greenbelt in training on a critical Lean Six Sigma Project to improve EAC accuracy in the wireless organization. While performing these functions I continue to manage my projects within Nortel Standards and procedures.

Market Project Manager / Customer Service Manager
I have utilized my skill and experience to mentor other project managers both on and off of my direct team. In a key role as a project manager in four of the Verizon Wireless markets, I was engaged in displacement of Motorola and Ericson CDMA equipment and replacing it with Nortel equipment. My responsibilities during this time included the implementation of over 1000 CDMA and AMPS cell sites , 1 XACORE MTX, 2 of the first 6 XACORE Packet MSC’s, and the first Rev A deployment of EVDO in the tier 3 markets. As a Project Leader, Project Manager and Customer Service Manager for more than 5 years, I have implemented over $200 Million in projects including hardware and services.
Feb 1999 - Jul 2002
CDMA Installation and Commissioning Technician
I was the first Nortel employee to achieve the designation as a “Subject Matter Expert” for both the CDMA and AMPS cell sites in Project Eagle (Airtouch/Verizon Los Angeles). After approximately 3 to 4 months of this designation, I was asked to lead the first US 3rd Carrier deployment on the Legacy Metro Cell BTS which held a $10 million deadline liability for Nortel. There were multiple responsibility and goals associated with this such as method and procedure development, managing the customer relationship, installation required material control and warehouse management as well as the management of 72 contractors and 3 Nortel personnel. All goals assigned to me were successfully achieved and set precedence for future carrier deployments.
