·Assist in preparation of all marketing material including the monthly web-blitz, digital brochures, and informational pamphlets
·Edit all text to be included in any informational and marketing materials
·General administrative duties including but not limited to phone and email inquiries, scheduling, prepare and organize travel arrangements, update databases, prepare reports
·Assist in the research and preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly business plans, sales and marketing plans, and general reports.
·Order entry, timecard entry, extensive data entry via Vista and ACT! By Sage
·Substantial work in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
