Erin Dodd

Blonde Amazon, LLC was created by Erin Dodd, a seasoned veteran in fashion, design, marketing, and influencer program industries. With over 10 years of experience working with big box retailers, small businesses, and startups she wanted to build a community of her own to share her experiences and help others grow.

Part of that plan includes the WANDER community. WANDER is comprised of two parts: a virtual community for education, networking, and support, as well as an in person floating pop-up shop featuring local artists, makers, and businesses.

WANDER was created to celebrate, support and promote local artists, makers, boutiques, and small business owners. By hosting pop-ups all over the San Francisco bay area, Napa, Sacramento, and the South Bay we aim to increase visibility for local brands and businesses, and help them grow.

• Spearhead the creation and improvement of affiliate microsites.
• Build brand awareness through multiple channels such as social media, webinars, and newsletters.
• Direct and monitor daily affiliate performance, and course-correcting as necessary.
• Manage program development to grow brand awareness and trust with our partners.
• Primary liaison between affiliate agency, publishers, and shareholders, communicating effectively with all parties, to strategically grow awareness and revenue stream.
• Conceptualize, launch and promote new tools, creative, custom offers, advertising ideas, and campaigns.
• Develop digital content for site, social media, blog and DM collateral.
• Research and identify new online opportunities, betas, and potential partners.

• Mentor a team of 200+ small business owners, while expanding personal and team networks, goals, and sales revenue.
• Develop specialized sales and marketing training content including webinars, workshops, and e-books.
• Strengthen client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Increase brand-awareness through social media strategic partnerships and affiliate programs.
• Merchandise product at all pop-up shops and in the online boutique, constantly updating to stay on trend, and on target with my clients' needs.
• Create monthly newsletters to engage clients with current promotions, styling advice, and community updates.
• Produce on brand marketing graphics for web and print materials, and have been featured in the national Chloe+Isabel blog, Instagram, and Lookbooks.
• Create brand recognition and engagement through social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Newsletters, and Pinterest.
• Create incentive programs to encourage continual growth within my team as well as the overall brand.

• Optimize brand recognition and sales through marketing, social media, and graphic design.
• Create and disseminate branding and marketing materials, such as website and social media content, promotional videos, and product photo shoots for web and printed material.
• Collaborate with COO to maximize sales through trend-right product placement and promotions.
• Create new partnerships with clients to increase brand visibility and identity in local and national markets.

• Create brand vision and growth strategy for all private label and in-house labels.
• Pitched and designed product 8-10 deliveries a year to big box and boutique retailers.
• Communicated with overseas factories to ensure deadlines and quality are met for all product lines.
• Supervised and executed all parts of development process from trend analysis and sketch-to-sample to fit sessions (wash house, send out, appliqué, overseas factory visits, etc.).
• Constantly evaluated the market and utilize trend tools to create a cohesive and brand-appropriate product.
• Managed and contributed to all internal operational procedures for inventory, sales, costing, sourcing, and pre-production.
• Worked directly with sales team and buyers to ensure we are on target with product, cost, and delivery.
• Created multi-channel marketing and sales tools utilizing lookbooks, catalogues, branding, and social media.

• Selected to live in China for one year to establish and supervise new product development and production channels, including sample rooms, merchandising teams, and wash houses.
• Responsible for all private label and branded design flow, oversaw 6 designers and 6 assistants to maintain a trend forward and cost effective line based on our customers' needs.
• Consistently traveled to China, Korea, and Taiwan for trend and sourcing research, and to build strong relationships with current and new factories.
• Strengthened relationships with buyers and product teams at various big box retailers and boutiques.

• Designed all private label styles for high value accounts such as Target, Macy's, and Walmart.
• Developed internal CMS and sample tracking system to increase productivity and streamline the development process.
• Designed textile prints for woven bottoms, trims, and dresses.
• Created packaging and marketing materials for in-house brands such as hangtags, labels, billboards, buttons, and more.
