Temporary summer position assisting Leesburg Executive Airport's Airport Director and Operations Manager with any administration tasks. Responsibilities included: creating a newsletter template, granting airport gate access cards, records maintenance, manned the administration office to support staff field activities during working hours, and answered/handled any questions/complaints that any tenant or the public had whether it was by phone or in person to the best of my ability and/or directed them to the appropriate administration staff member.

Help company clients with any proposal support on a project-by-project basis on a part-time schedule. Responsibilities include helping with small tasks such as editing/formatting proposal resumes and filling out documents (customer surveys, proposal receipts, etc.). Other duties may include ordering lunch, help bind proposals (all versions) in addition to creating tabs, and maintaining/purchasing office supplies.

Temporary position in which I provided common receptionist tasks such as maintaining the phone, greeting visitors, maintaining a clean lobby area, delivered mail/received packages. Ordered and maintained office and kitchen supplies including special requests. Assisted accounting department with scanning, emailing, and filing of expense reports.

Temporary position in which I provided file reconciliation, scanning, and records maintenance for old contract actions (original RFPS, SOW’s, executed task orders, contracts, and billing document).

Attempted to complete an update to the company's resume database for the entire company, which included asking employees for their resume and reformatting them into company format if needed. Assisted with proposal efforts with logistics support (badges, food, etc.), QA'd proposals, and started to learn how to desktop publish. Acted as a photographer for a company event when needed.
