As the co-founder of Pampelonne, Erik W. Grossberg of New York City has channeled the spirit of the French Riviera into a sparkling wine cocktail made from the highest quality French wines. He and his business partners’ journey began on Pampelonne Beach in St. Tropez, France, where they were inspired to create a refreshing beverage that kindles thoughts of luxurious yachts, vintage race cars, and sophisticated beach parties. After spending a year sourcing and blending the finest French vintages, Erik Grossberg and his partners started production of Pampelonne’s debut flavor, Rosé Lime, in 2013.

Pampelonne’s 110-calorie Rosé Lime Sparkling Wine has since been distributed in leading markets around the United States, including New York, California, Nevada, and Florida. Made from all-natural ingredients, Pampelonne’s Rosé Lime infuses French Loire Valley Muscadet wine with lime, grapefruit, passion fruit, and sparkling water. The cocktail is packaged in simple, 8.4-ounce cans ringed with red Breton stripes reminiscent of the French Riviera’s striped umbrellas. In fall 2014, Pampelonne released its second flavor, Red Sangria.

Grossberg’s sparkling wine cocktail has already garnered attention from press outlets like the Today Show, InStyle Magazine, and Martha Stewart Weddings. Shortly after the product’s release, People Stylewatch included Pampelonne Rosé Lime on its list of 10 things to read, wear, and drink on the beach. Beverage Media Group also recognized the sparkling wine as the perfect beverage to enjoy during warm weather.
