About Eric Krautheimer

Licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and California, attorney Eric Krautheimer began preparing for his career as a legal professional at the State University of New York Binghamton, now called the University of Binghamton, where he completed a bachelor of arts in political science. He went on to earn a juris doctor from the Western New England School of Law before returning to Binghamton to receive a master of laws. Today, Eric Krautheimer leverages his years of formal legal training to serve as a partner with Sullivan and Cromwell, LLP, a legal firm headquartered in Los Angeles. He works mainly with mergers and acquisitions and has counseled nationally and internationally recognized entities such as Barclays, Amgen, Billabong, and AT&T.

In addition to working with mergers and acquisitions law, Eric Krautheimer maintains an interest in sports and follows several New York teams, including the New York Giants, Knicks, Mets, and Rangers.
