Samsung Experience Consultant


The Samsung Experience shop is a new marketing tool for Samsung. I teach classes on smart phones, tablets and computers. Customer service is an integral part of my job. In order to fulfill all of the tasks that are required of me I must wear many different hats. I am a merchandiser, salesman, teacher, troubleshooter, personal shopper, and a reliable person who customers keep coming back to because I have their best interest at heart.

As a Sales representative at Dillards I learned a lot. Working in a fast paced sales position taught me that being sincere is the only way to gain someone's trust. At times it was challenging personal shopping for women, but what I found was that putting a genuine effort into finding the best look for them payed off more than I could have hoped for. My sales sky rocketed after I stopped trying to sell and started sincerely caring about what my customers cared about.

Throughout my life I have been heavily exposed to office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. In order to provide accurate sales numbers and scheduling I have become proficient and extremely comfortable with these products.


As a Samsung employee I have been fixing and troubleshooting customers mobile devices and computers for almost two years. A myriad of problems can occur and everyone is so dependent on their devices. I have saved hundreds of customers a lot of money by providing this free service.


For the last 7 years I have been in a retail setting, approaching people, exceeding goals, selling the best possible solution.
