Directed the corporate Information Technology team of 59 engineering, development and operations personnel, plus a contingent of 40 on-shore and off-shore consultants and contractors in a Windows, Unix/Linux and AS/400 environment for Alaska's premier integrated telecom provider.

* Successfully managed $13M operations budget to -.012% (goal +/- 2%) and $5M capital budget to +3% (goal +/- 5%).

* Set the roadmap for the ACS CRM (Siebel 8.0) environment, driving complete re-architecture of the front-end, middleware layer and back-end systems. Resulting in reduced call handling times, abandonment rates and reduced customer churn.

  * Set the three-year Enterprise Technology Roadmap for both corporate and OSS/BSS infrastructure to drive competitive advantage with application and environment consolidation by moving to a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with complete hardware and application platform standards.

* Set the three-year ACS Online Strategy Roadmap with full integration of E-Commerce, Content Management, Single Sign-on, Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment and Self-Service Provisioning of ACS services.

Directed an engineering team of 18 geographically dispersed employees, plus a large contingent of off-shore resources responsible for the entire software asset lifecycle, including development, test, QA and production, licensing ($200M+), compliance and support for all applications to 68,000+ internal and external IT customers. Also held other senior level positions.

* Nominated and accepted to sit on/chair corporate technology committees.

* Drafted, published and managed compliance to all policies, procedures and processes related to the software asset lifecycle.

* Led one of the most successful off-shoring projects at WaMu, reducing development, deployment and management cost by more than 50%.
