Served as the primary manager and planner of all logistics, deployment, budgeting, supply chain, and equipment operations for a 650 person organization and over $75M in equipment. Managed the implementation of enterprise level logistical applications that introduced digital collaborative planning, real-time logistics tracking, and integration with other command and control systems to the Army via web based systems. Serving as the Project Manager, I was responsible for a team of 25 resources in all phases of the front end flash design and development, CMS design and implementation, and middle tier application development. The new system significantly streamlined the content creation and publishing process, and delivered a rich full screen experience setting HBO apart and well ahead of the cable TV industry.

Northern Trust and Roundarch partnered to build an advanced reporting web application to help manage the assets of the world's most profitable corporate and institutional services. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for the strategic planning, user experience discovery and design, prototype development, and technical design of an application built in Flex. The design integrated 6 disparate legacy systems, and reduced customer support requests and delays by offering a single, flexible, and rich interface to users.

Citi Prime Finance, a comprehensive prime brokerage and financing solutions specialist, partnered with Roundarch to develop the enterprise's first Corporate Actions Application.  As the Project  Manager, I was responsible for 3 concurrent strategic planning, design, and development projects for an application that served customers in the US, UK, and East Asia. Led a team of 11 resources to successfully implement an application that reduced manual customer support operations by almost 80% and completely eliminated costly transactional errors.

Roundarch, Inc., Framingham, Mass, the premiere technology resource for chief information officers and other technology decision makers, partnered with Roundarch to implement an end-to-end redesign of their web presence, and enhance their social media capability. As the Project manager, I was responsible for all project phases of the redesign and implementation effort, from design to deployment. We were able to deliver optimal value ahead of schedule and below budget by using the Agile methodology, Scrum. As a result of the redesign and a social media marketing strategy, and has experienced a 164% increase in unique visitors (see was able to realize stronger revenue and monetize new features through improved targeted advertising, content syndication, and lead generating/ paid premium content offerings.

A&E Networks, parent company of The History Channel, approached Roundarch to design and implement a site for their new domain,, with the goal to become the premiere integrated media experience for historical information. As the Project manager for all phases of the redesign effort, I was responsible for the deliverables and management of 13 team members. The implemented design and management framework was flexible enough to allow content publishers to easily create integrated and targeted multi-media marketing campaigns. The redesigned interface allowed users to reach rich content easily and quickly, which directly improved sales through the online History Channel store. Unique visitors have improved 23% in the year since the implementation.

SAIC was the prime contractor for an $180M web based time and attendance system for the 100K employees of the City of New York.  As the application configuration lead, I was responsible for a team of specialists in analyzing client business processes, gathering requirements, facilitating functional sessions with stakeholders, testing, and implementing a fully configured enterprise application. These implementations eliminated costly and error prone manual time procedures saving the City millions of dollars in payroll corrections and fraudulent charges.

Northrop Grumman IT in Lakewood, WA was the prime contractor for a meteorological and wireless LAN system for the US Army and Air Force. As the Operations Manager, I served as the primary operational planner and advisor to the program manager for both systems. I also lead the functional requirements, analysis, and definition phases of both systems, and planned fielding to users in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Developed and sold work orders to the client that expanded the workload, resources, and overall contract by 33%.
