After working within the Information Technology field for more than two decades, Eric Welch recently decided he wanted to help touch people’s lives. He was presented with a unique opportunity to open and manage a LearningRx franchise in North Texas. LearningRx is a family of caring professionals armed with the right training and tools to make a difference for parents and students. LearningRx is the answer to the heart-cry of thousands of parents of struggling students—parents who fear that their children are on the verge of being defined by discouragement, failure, and a lifetime of lost opportunity. No other solution—no matter the cost—has the power to so dramatically change all the ways a student lives and learns. The reason? We address the cause of the problem and not just the symptoms. We work to strengthen and improve the seven underlying skills that make up someone’s IQ, whether that’s a 7 year-old or an 80 year-old that suffers from TBI. We can help!If you, your family member, or someone you know needs help, please give Eric a call at 214-228-7673 or go to to hear some life changing testimonials and hear more about our programs.

Eric Welch was a leader within Associa's IT management team, working closely with the CIO to help guide enterprise technology initiatives.  Previously, Eric was director of data center operations for Fidelity Investments. He provided strategic direction, management leadership, and project management to all four data centers. Prior to that, he led 5 regional managers responsible for desktop and application support for Fidelity's 401K call centers. Eric received an MBA from The University of Dallas and a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at El Paso. Some of Eric's recent accomplishments are: • Developed new process workflows and procedures for server and network installations which resulted in 60% improvement in deliver times.  • Developed several procedures and standards relating to change management rules and practices eliminating local outages and increasing the uptime and reliability within the other 3 data centers. • Managed a $20M budget and successfully reduced it 60% by re-using existing infrastructure and re-designing configurations. • Developed common process models for all data centers, to insure proper installations and redundancy in order to eliminate single-points-of-failure and reduce hardware downtime.  • Designed new SAN infrastructure cabling methodology for Fidelity’s state-of-the-art data center.
