  • Facilitated Peer Outreach Group, coordinating team duties, ensuring continuous contact with members currently not attending Clarendon House, and accurate documentation of the program
  • Developed Peer Communications Group aimed at developing members’ social skills
  • Lead daily morning meetings serving as liaison between members and staff, soliciting and answering questions, identifying members needing support
  • Observed intake interviews for new members and completion of pertinent documentation
  • Assisted with home visits, instructed members in technology, relaxation and coping skills
  • Utilized visual reinforcements, modeling and hand over hand manipulation to facilitate members’ learning of technology skills
  • Performed assessments and used task analysis to identify areas of improvement for members in these skills
