My roles in domestic and international brand management, content direction, design, media relations, influencer campaigns, and VC funding provide a unique skill set needed to successfully launch new companies and products, re-position established brands, prepare for different stages of funding, and effectively grow the business or capital needed to meet company goals. My background includes agency and in-house roles, working with companies like Clorox, William-Sonoma, Visa, HomeAway, Gap, Federated Media, Gymboree, Yahoo!, Nordstrom, Rachael Ray Magazine, Electronic Arts, and The LEGO Group. I have also managed the Star Wars and Indy brands in Europe and Asia Pacific for Lucasfilm, launched and sold my own start-up, See Jane Fly, in 2009, founded Wayfare Magazine, serve as a content and business travel speaker, and continue to fuel my love of travel through journalism and photography. I am also honored to serve on the Forbes Woman Executive Board and various non-profit organizations.
