The See Jane Fly Network  had an audience of over 7 million women and was backed by high profile partners including Ford, P&G, CBS, YouTube, and Readers Digest. Erica received accolades from the New York Times, Fox Business, AOL, ABC, Businessweek, Brides, Real Simple, Cookie, Martha Stewart, and Modern Bride. See Jane Fly was sold in 2012.

  • Recruit and manage editorial team and contributor network, overseeing the production of weekly blogs, video, and feature stories, maintaining editorial voice and direction. Drive digital strategy and social media initiatives. Develop syndication relationships with key travel and lifestyle bloggers and maintain third party syndication relationships.
