Since enlisting in the Army 10 years ago, I have been managing client and employee relations in the realms of government, finance, telecommunications, health care and information technology.  I have found my passion in recruiting, being a perfect marriage of my sales and human resources experience.  Matching the right person to the right job can be transformative for both industry and individuals, and I love the thrill of connecting with the person on the receiving end of my sales pitch. I'm a recruiting professional whose just as comfortable with candidates discussing challenges faced with healthcare reform or the exciting Polymer 1.0 release, seeking a new challenge with an organization that is talent-aware and planning to grow.

My current position is fast-paced, high-volume recruitment agency with a niche focus placing healthcare professions in public and private schools nationwide. With a new vision to create an aggressive sales organization, I quickly established myself as a leader with the most placements each and every month. During my time at EDU Healthcare we' ve grown from $4M to $10M in revenue

  • I pioneered the process for candidate interview preparation, resulting in 40% more job offers extended to our candidates
  • To streamline our recruitment process, I created a tool within our CRM to empower teammates with the most competitive pay rates available; saving time and securing early buy-in from candidates to move forward in the pipeline.
  • The first to break grown in new markets, I thrive on making placements in hard to reach locales(AK, HI, ND, SD, IA). The results delivered to new clients helps them stay within compliance, and avoid financial penalties, which provides tremendous value over our competitors.

I began freelancing for a  recruiting firm to gain experience when I decided to shift my career to talent acquision. I continue to offer independent resume writing services for their candidates pursuing high-level government positions with CIA, FBI, DOD & Homeleand Security.

CLIENT PARTNER, Encouraged to“ Think Fast and Break Things” as a key performer propelling Facebook's Global Sales team into the tour de force of online social marketing Our team provided 1: 1 small to medium business support creating targeted, highly effective advertising campaigns, provided education on how to utilize the platform to deliver marketing success, increase brand awareness and increase online influence. I directed the success of advertising accounts with budgets over $10k within a program that generates $11 million dollars annually. I won President's Club for 3 consecutive quarters denoting top 2% of reps for lowest churn, and highest revenue booked
2008 - 2010

Development Specialist

DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, ETELECARE GLOBAL SOLUTION Sprint was a new client and eTelecare managed their sales and customer service operations. I began as a CSR but quickly moved on to quality assurance then to workforce management and training. Our team was instrumental in Sprint Network's shift in focus from measuring handle to to First Call Resolution, creating more happy customers. When things got Harry on the phone with a customer I resolved customer support issues and this made us more efficient. In an effort to get new clients, i helped train managers and reps on PCI compliance. Our initiatives cut employee idle time by half so we operated more efficient and reduced customer holds for a live rep.
2006 - 2008

Card Services Coordinator

CARD SERVICES COORDINATOR, My first civilian job within BofA's card services team, we processed customer credit card fraud claims. I managed lead, and developed a team of 10-15 fraud analyst representatives and tasked to ensure a customer centric and goal driven environment Monitored and reviewed client interactions including phone calls, multi-media contacts and reports to ensure teams and team members meet required KPI standards such as AHT, C-Sat, attendance, quality, accuracy and production scores. Worked closely with the Workforce Planning department to ensure adherence and conformance to published and revised schedules, as well as immediately providing them with any information that might affect call volumes, staffing or scheduling. Compiled and prepared informational statistics, analysis, reports, graphs, presentations and department communications for Director and VP.

Human Resources Nco

HUMAN RESOURCES NCO, I served honorably as the HR NCO for 3rd“ Stryker” Brigade 7th Infantry Division, reporting directly to key leaders within the unit, providing admin support for 800+ personnel members, maintaining enlisted rating scheme, provide readiness reports(PERSTAT) daily Every personnel matter came through our headquarters office: awards, evaluations, promotions, compensation, training, retirement, leave management, personnel files, and personnel actions I was singularly trusted with the accountability and serviceability of equipment in excess of $100,000 For meritorious service to my comrades, I was awarded the Army Achievement Metal.
