Implementing cases into the system using AWARE Program.
Assist clients in finding work by counseling and teaching job seeking skills.
Analyze information received from referring source, client and case history; develop a vocational diagnosis and rehabilitation plan.
Monitor progress of clients through conferences with supervisors.
Developing rehabilitation objectives/treatment plans.

I learned about the theoretical and clinical foundation in the practice of disability and personal adjustment counseling, career counseling, psychosocial and vocational assessment, job development and placement, supported employment, and community inclusion for persons with disabilities.
Behavioral science bachelor's program I learn the methodologies that are needed to observe behavior and gather information, as well as the science required to analyze their findings. I learned about the use critical-thinking skills to examine the interaction of humans and determine how culture and society influence people's behavior.
Ability to use technology to get task done. Includes computer software Microsoft and Apple, scanners, printers, and different types of accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
