Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Data Structures and Algorithms

Provide teaching support for the lead instructor. Work alongside other teaching assistants to develop detailed lessons plans. Conduct weekly recitations which review concepts taught in class. Grade homework assignments, tests,  and hold regular office hours to provide direct assistance to students.

Teacher and Math Tutor

Taught 8th Grade Mathematics and Physical Science to a diverse group of students. Many of these students suffered from dyslexia, autism, and other learning disabilities. Currently tutor students during weekend hours in subjects such as physics, calculus, statistics and chemistry.

Summer Researcher

National Institutes of Health Laboratory of Imaging Physics

Conducted basic research and development protocols for phase sensitive x-ray microscopy. Developed novel imaging techniques implementing photoresist chemicals and x-rays in order produce high resolution images of nano fabricated gratings. Research was published in AIP Advances on April 2013.
