  • Led business development, staffing, and delivery for qualitative capabilities, growing revenue to $5mm.

  • Built & launched a stand-alone qualitative research facility (Focus Crossroads).

  • Expanded the qualitative practice to 15 direct reports, including moderators, facility personnel, project managers, and field services.

  • Developed and managed a personal book of business that grew to $1.2mm.

  • Worked with global CPG clients to establish Customer Experience (CX) programs

Strategic lead on the Samsung global branding account for a full service, IPG advertising agency.

  • Created an integrated global master brand evolution, shifting from regional efforts to a centralized global roll-out.

  • Designed and implemented multiple global brand programs, including multi-phased innovations project, regionally-based brand tracking, and creative development and testing programs.
