Co-managed the reclamation of Nagoya data and transition to global repositories and data centers of over 1.6 TB, 1200+ PCs, 125+ servers, 250+ applications.
Coordinated all efforts associated with 3 auctions of over 2000 client IT and non IT assets.
Led all efforts in support of the site separation including telecom and IT.

Contracted as a Project Manager supporting the various projects for the newly formed PMO of AXA Tech Japan. Major achievements:
Deputy project manager for the AXA Life IT systems integration project of 14 Japan sales branch office locations and incorporation of 800+ Winterthur employees following the acquisition of the US$9.89 Billion Swiss insurance company; Winterthur.
·Worked closely with the various departments, organizations and vendors both inside and outside Japan.
·Coordinated the deployment of multiple new VoIP, network, and data infrastructures supporting the integration into the AXA group.
Project Manager for the Internet/Intranet service migration for AXA Direct Japan.
·Kick started this stalled project laboring to get ADJ IT onboard and successfully got them to work with us.
·Managed the local and global AXA Tech team resources to complete the network migration within the originally proposed budget and timeframe.§Instituted a new standard RFP Process Flow by identifying, managing and outlining the process requirements of the vendor selection criteria which greatly improved functional flow between the various departments.
