Accountable to develop the CS&T organization for Leonardo Helicopters in Poland in order to deliver a consistent approach across both platforms and geographies and improve Customer Service. Contributing to drive the engagement with Customers in order to determine innovative solutions for the development and growth of aircraft support and training business in line with the Company strategy. Supporting in controlling the annual operating costs across CS&T, to meet budget performance requirements and deliver the annual budgeted output sales performance.
