2) One month training in K.E.S.C. THERMAL POWER STATION (BIN QASIM) on Water conditioning, Water treatment, Conditioning of Boiler Feed Water, Oil testing in 5th Semester of Engineering  

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

·Working as Shift In charge (Shift management under available resources).

·Look after process status on D.C.S, instruct board mans and operators.

·Observation, look after, monitor & maintenance of all plant accessories & equipment engage in                          processes & operations.

·Trouble shoot all complain & problems related to processes & operations by using experience &                         technical skills.

·Major responsibility is to ensure continuous production.

WORKING AREAS & EQUIPMENTS ENGAGE

·Working on secondary & primary crusher, boom stacker & reclaimer.

·Working on Short rotary kilns (pre-heater kilns)

·Working on five stage cyclones pre-heater with (In-line or semi off-line pre calciners).

·Working on vertical Coal mill, vertical raw mill.

·Working on vertical Cement mill & Balls cement mills.

·Working on automatic packing unit.

·Working on oil firing & coal firing system, oil tanks, coal bins, pumps & heat exchangers.

·Working on package boilersup to 2 to 3 ton steam capacity.

·Working on compressors max out put pressure 8 bars.

·Working on spray towers (orifice nozzles) & induced draft cooling towers.

·Working on belt conveyors, chain conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, pneumatic                           conveyors & air lifts.

·Working on shenck weigh feeder system.

·Working on storage tanks & silos.

·Working on alternate low cost fuels (Rice husk, Bagas).
