As an attorney concentrating on real estate transactions over the past 14 years, Brooklyn resident Enealia Nau has modified more than five dozen loans to lower her clients’ interest rates. Enealia Nau accomplished more than 30 short sales during the last few years, and achieved 100 real estate closings without a single client buyer facing foreclosure. She is recognized as an outstanding defender of homeowners facing these actions in the Brooklyn area.Not only does Ms. Nau protect clients’ interests in foreclosure proceedings, she also focuses on wills and probate. Involved in the greater legal community, she maintains membership in the Brooklyn Bar Association and American Bar Association. Beyond her work as a lawyer, Enealia Nau has managed NauCorp Properties, Inc., in Brooklyn since 2004. In addition to leading agents, she lists and sells commercial and residential real estate.Active in her community, Enealia Nau also instructs first-time homebuyers on how to negotiate the market at classes in Bedford-Stuyvesant. She belongs to the National Association of Realtors and the Brooklyn Board of Realtors. In addition, Enealia Nau participates in the Pratt Area Community Council. When not working in her real estate firm or legal practice, Ms. Nau likes to read, garden, make stained glass, travel, and spend time with family and friends.Enealia Nau set a foundation for her professional skills with an extensive education. After graduating from Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, she enrolled in Queens College of the City University of New York and earned a Master’s degree in Education. Enealia Nau went on to earn Certification in Educational Administration at Bank Street College of Education. At the age of 37, she achieved her lifelong dream of obtaining her law degree from Seton Hall University.
