About me

MSc / Engineer Ecole Polytechnique (Paris,   France)

I joined Safran (EPA:SAF) in 2007 as VP Group Strategic Affairs, in charge of coordinating all M&A actions and aiming at managing Safran's portfolio of activities in a proactive and structured way. I have been VP, Head of IR and M&A at Dassault Systèmes (EPA:DSY) from 2006.

Trained as engineer in the most prestigious Engineering College (Ecole Polytechnique, Ranking #1) in France, I initiated my career in 1997 as Associate at Paribas Investment Banking before joining BNP Paribas Group Corporate Strategy, working on various M&A transactions and strategic initiatives. I joined Pechiney Corporate Finance Department in 2001, before becoming Director, M&A for Alcan in 2003.

After almost 12 years in Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy functions with extensive deal-making and execution track record (approx. 3-4 executed deals a year), I am looking forward to developing experience in General Management with international focus and strong development potential. Melting my advanced financial skills and knowledge of industry with project management ability would be chance to succeed in any General Management / CEO or Director position.
