. Worked in a multicultural team: Dutch, Swedes, Swiss, Germans and Frenchs

. Developed the warehouse specifications together with the end user. Managed a high qualified engineering team comprising fire specialists at R&D level, environmental specialists, seismic engineers, industrial risks specialists. Defined and negotiated the technical specifications for utilities on short and long terms basis. In charge of the commissioning. Lead an international tender spanning over 15 months: developed the strategy, negotiated the contracts, and obtained approvals from the project steering group and the company management team. Obtained authorizations related to fire protection and protected flora at the top of the state and in partnership with local authorities. These procedures were followed in accordance with the client's demands. Integrated companies dealing with the process in the site. Negotiated legal clauses.. Lead the site management team and dealt with contract management. Was responsible for quality, time and cost- New IKEA Store in Rouen: 50,000 sqm, €35 Millions, Fast track: built in 12 months, 400workers/day, environmental friendly building. Managed the project team, reported to the French management team. Negotiated with firemen the cancellation of fire walls in the parking in order to comply with the international concept and achieve a better level of security. Expanded good relationships with local authorities. Developed environmental friendly solutions including reinforcement of insulation and full geothermal installation. Reduced the total project duration though an optimization of administrative procedures and time oriented building conception. Purchased the prefabricated structure abroad, supported a new deep foundations technology.. Was responsible for quality time and cost- Others: 100,000 sqm. under study or at construction stage
