ASSISTANT DIRECTOR| I have worked for Arlington County Parks & Recreation during summer breaks the last two years. After my first summer as a camp counselor, I was promoted to Assistant Director. In that capacity, I was responsible for managing camp counselors, communication with parents/clients, and production and presentation of the Ribbon Ceremony at the close of season.
