As a Duty Manager, I lead from the front, working hard, sharing knowledge with customers and keeping the shop clean, tidy and inviting. I work well in a team and on my own, and be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop. I am involved in coaching, developing and managing a team of Customer Service Assistants- making sure each individual meets their full potential and driving the business forward.
