My role as a CSA required me to be trained on several check in and boarding systems. This meant that I could work for several airlines that were managed by Swissport. Airlines that I worked for included TUI and Monarch. With this training alongside my job as a check in and boarding agent, I was able to help train new CSA's and help them gain confidence in the role.

Youth Leader/ Pastoral Manager

I started off as a Volunteer, this would require me to help the youth leaders set up for activities and practice the role of a youth leader. I then gained my Leadership qualification and ran both cookery, art and drama sessions in my time at the youth centre. In my final year there I became pastoral manager, this meant I was in charge of the children's health and well-being as well as managing any behavioural issues and bullying incidents.
