 Fill out and submit various requests

  • Creative Work Orders (CWOs) – posters, flyers, electronic flyers, newspaper ads, web banners, TV/Radio spots
  • Discount Offers – specialized offers for various groups and nights at the circus
  • Complimentary ticket request – free tickets given to media partners, city leaders, pre-show performers, sponsors, community members, landlords, etc.
  • Media Checklists – documents for the accounts receivable department, necessary to secure payment for media and advertising partners.
  • Travel requests – documents used when promoters are moving between markets
  • Radio copy – type 15, 30, and 60 second liners for various media (radio) partners

 Organize promotional calendars for each market

  • Day to day activities for circus for specified market, uploaded to Basecamp
  • Send weekly reminders of upcoming markets
  • Daily reminders with schedule for the day sent to on-site staff with discount information

Additional Duties:

  • Relieve receptionist – 1hr daily (2/1/16 – 3/1/16), alternate days (regularly)
