Erica Manville

Teacher Leader

Summary

I believe in a strong commitment to my students and a robust connection to my community.  I  lead by example, and I work to help the whole child in every way.  I strive to be the kind of teacher they need, not just kind I planned to be that day. Flexibility, love, and care are the most important qualities I can share with my students, my fellow teachers, and my community as we grow and learn together. This is why I chose to step up, show up, be a leader, and work as hard as I can every day to make a difference.
