  • Assist Dean of Students Office and Student Engagement & Wellness staff with managing assessment, strategic and communication planning, purchasing office supplies, onboarding new employees, reserving conference spaces, assisting with all walk-ins and phone calls, providing coverage for team when needed

  • Coordinate the committees, selection processes, and communication for the Student Input Panel, President’s and Provost’s Awards, Outstanding Student Awards and Special Service - Student Affairs Award, as well as collaborate with The Foundation to manage the Karen Raforth Scholarship for Student Engagement & Wellness

  • Manage auxiliary budget of over $400,000 via Banner and Excel; cross-check department budget through monthly reports and work closely with Student Affairs division to ensure procedures and policies are being followed

  • Maintains the Student Engagement & Wellness, Dean of Students Office, Campus Safety and Compliance, Housing, and Roadrunner Food Pantry websites

  • Manage highly agitated students, parents, staff, and faculty in an effort to deescalate the situation while actively listening to the concern and addressing their situation/issue
