As a student affairs professional, it is my goal to transform students and help them stay focused academically, physically, and emotionally. Student affairs is always changing and I must evolve alongside the profession in order to better connect with my students. It is important to manage change while serving as a leader and a mentor.

Coordinated HESAL Graduate Assistantship Interview Days, including managing faculty, employers, and prospective students

Member of the HESAL social media task force; assisted in launching and maintaining the Facebook page, which reaches over 150 students, staff, and alumni

Provided support for internationalization at home research through interview transcription, coding (via Dedoose), and annotated literature reviews

Designed and implemented a Qualtrics survey for transfer students who attended Discoveries Orientation and developed an executive summary highlighting the findings. Overall, students were fairly satisfied with the information they received throughout the transfer student orientation
