  • Hire, train, and supervise student employees who assist with phone calls, walk-in appointments and office projects in both the Office of Student Engagement & Wellness and Roadrunner Food Pantry
  • Manage auxiliary budget of over $400,000
  • Maintain personnel and financial records as well as the departmental website
  • Coordinate the committees, selection processes, and communication for the Student Input Panel, President’s and Provost’s Awards, Outstanding Student Awards and Special Service - Student Affairs Award, which includes updating the Dean of Students website via TerminalFour and creating self-nomination forms via Qualtrics; collaborate with The Foundation to manage the Karen Raforth Scholarship for Student Engagement & Wellness
