Customer Service Coordinator
Overview: The Center Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) delivers a consistent and positve customer experience to all customers including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving. This team member performs consultative selling, takes customer orders, gives pricing information, and recommends FedEx Office products and services. The CSC is required to operate a wide variety of equipment, manage complex projects, follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with other team members. The CSC can also perform functions such as problem solving, inventory, stocking, cleanliness and organization of the center and retail supply management.
