Since Pacific Prime funds and manages its investments in-house, the firm quickly makes key decisions and closes transactions in relatively short windows of time. Pacific Prime Equities, Inc., an affiliate of Pacific Prime Properties, works in tandem to acquire properties. The typical transaction ranges from $1.5 million and extends to $20 million. Dolin's criteria for investment includes potential value addition and upside income potential. Prior to beginning his career, Elliott Dolin studied Pre-Law at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. Also known as The State of University of New Jersey, Rutgers helps students achieve academic excellence with its leading research facilities and commitment to local, national, and international communities. Elliott Dolin contributes to charitable organizations, such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Ezer Mizion, and Doctors Without Borders. As an international medical humanitarian organization, Doctors Without Borders started in France as a collaborative effort of doctors and journalists. The organization now provides independent support to people in more than 60 countries. Additionally, Doctors Without Borders works to address some of the world’s most pressing health care issues created by natural disasters, epidemics, malnutrition, armed conflict, and exclusion from health care. Elliott Dolin also supports Ezer Mizion, the Israel Health Support Organization. As Israel’s largest health support organization, Ezer Mizion provides an extensive range of medical and social support to people who are ill or disabled. When Elliott Dolin is not busy working, he enjoys studying enology, viticulture, and vintage sports cars.
