I took time away from the grind to be with my newborn daughter. One of the best decisions I could have made. In so many ways.
I was able to focus on what was important during that time. Which lead to my interest in creating my own company. So I worked on my business roadmap and planning while she was asleep.
Partnered with Odette Cancer Centre and Cancer Care Ontario on the production of a web app. The product provided analytics to cancer treatment patients suffering from treatment related fatigue.
This project required me to interview various stakeholders (top to bottom) within the hospital, develop personas and user stories, and run design sprints with UX and UI teams.
Client lead on two large web platform projects. Projects included customer journey mapping, media buying, site and competitor analysis, analytics platform integration.

I also mentored start up founders while at BNOTIONS. We had a venture fund and incubated several companies. These founders were running consumer focused apps and needed advice on getting features to market quickly and hacking their apps growth.
At SCC I managed the development of an Investor Relations product. It was my first kick at the can. I had no experience and we did a pretty good job.
I also found time to help with corporate and client strategy. It was an inspirational time and I worked extremely hard there.
At Rypl I worked with product teams to create digital strategies, assets, landing pages and websites to market all of Rypl's offerings.
We had lots of traffic, so performance marketing took up most of my time.
The specialization focuses on current approaches to software product management, including the principles of efficient and effective software development using Agile methodologies.
This Specialization provides a case-based introduction to the field of machine learning. I learned to analyze large and complex datasets, build applications that can make predictions from data, and create systems that adapt and improve over time.
