Natures Garden has been an eclectic part of the S.F.U. Campus for over 10 years, Catering mainly to the Organic /  Vegan / Gluten Free clientele. I was hired to change the Image of the space to attract the changing demographic of the student population. I introduced new menu items that quickly became top sellers. Working with contacts at Mother Parker's Coffee, we became the first cafe to serve "Marley"  Coffee. the lease required us to keep Natures Garden. however with " Marley" on the windows we instantly became "The Marley Coffee Shop". Mother Parker's Provided 100,000 worth of new equipment at no cost. Gross Revenue has Doubled. I brought in new POS and Inventory Management efficient enough to make me redundant.

I was in charge of Staffing, day to day operations organizing, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. I was also responsible for daily banking and weekly cash balancing.  In an effort to maximize profit. I was in charge of renovating, starting and running The Ganja Group  Medical Marijuana Dispensary. This additional revenue stream was able to increased our locations monthly profits from 7000 to over 23000, I was also responsibly for completing the regulatory requirements needed to open a Dispensary

Busy Night Club located on the diverse Davie St. I was hired to run the kitchen. i was quickly permoted to manager and ov0ersaw all day to day operations of the club,  Booking shows, Staffing, Food Services and dealing with the unique issues and needs of our  predominantly LGBTQ customer base.
