President and Owner Spirit Pipelines Ltd.
As a Territory Manager for RBA I receive true pleasure from building and maintaining strong relationships with my customers/friends by becoming their number one equipment advisor. RBA is a family orientated, integrity based company that has been, and will continue to be, a tight fit for me. My passion for the deal is contagious and my enthusiasms for the company and our business model flow easily and confidently due to my own personal core values being very much in tune with the companies. Specifically, " We do what is right." In a short time, I have successfully grown my customer/friend base and continue to drive my GAP upwards.
As a fishing Guide it was my duty to ensure proper safety training for my guests as well as, teaching them the art of trophy salmon fishing. Safety on the water is a big concern on the west coast of the Haida Gwaii so it is was important that I lead my guests and took charge of my boat in order to ensure my guests had full confidence in my abilities. I would facilitate regular safety meetings, and conduct thorough boat inspections.
Working as a guide at Peregrine it was my duty to ensure the safety and well being of my guests, and to provide them with a fishing experience they will not forget. I was promoted after my first year to captain one of the lodges larger boats which cater to executive clients. I value my experience that I gained working at Peregrine particularly, networking, team work, friendship, and the overall west coast fishing adventure.
Working in the oil field was a life changing experience. This job taught me the meaning of a hard days work. I was promoted three times in my two years working for the company and retired as a Derrick Hand. I controlled the drilling mud on the rig and worked closely with the engineers on site. I was responsible for three employees on my crew who worked below me.
