Office & Experience Manager
- Manage and cultivate office and culture for Seattle office of 70 employees as well as remote offices in Portland, OR and Victoria, BC, while also assisting remote employees in Boston, Denver, Austin, and Fort Worth.
- Act as an informational core for all employee inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Plan, promote, and execute company events including the company picnic and multiple holiday parties as well as weekly Thursday happy hours.
- Handle travel, expenses, calendars, and meetings for CEO and C-level executives.
- Assist Finance department with credit card reconciliation, AP/AR, invoicing; created a payment tracking system for client payments.
- Created a budget tracking system for all office purchases, lunches, and happy hours.
- Responsible for ordering lunches, snacks, and office supplies as well as handling multiple vendors and deliveries.
