I assisted nurses and doctors with patient care and family support, maintained the hospice common areas and mentored a trainee volunteer.Underwent volunteer training in basic hospital and hospice procedure, how to care for an impaired person, cultural and religious diversity, and the social and emotional issues surrounding death and dying. 

Mentored a volunteer trainee, teaching them how best to help the nurses and patients.
